Four week workshop series!
We’re thrilled to kick off the New Year by offering a course of interactive learning opportunities over four Sundays (January 27-February 17, 2019).
Each Sunday session will be 90 minutes of hands on learning, and includes two days per week of FREE programming to work on in between sessions. We’re giving away the road map to actually put what you’ve learned into practice.
Courses are divided by content area, from weightlifting to gymnastics, to strength and conditioning for kids and runners/endurance athletes. You’re more than welcome to register for more than one course!
